How the crypto-to-Claude gift service works
The process is deliberately manual at the two points that matter most: on-chain payment verification and purchase of the official gift. No wallet connection, shared account, or Claude password is part of the workflow.
Seven visible steps
- Check the recipient. Confirm location, age, billing channel, current plan, and whether another gift is active.
- Choose the exact product. Select Pro, Max 5×, or Max 20× and a 1, 3, 6, or 12-month gift term.
- Review the full price. See the provider reference amount, fixed service fee, and USD total before checkout.
- Pay the private crypto quote. Match asset, network, address, amount, and quote time. No wallet connection is used.
- Submit the transaction ID. A human verifies destination, asset or token, network, amount, and finality on-chain.
- Receive the official gift link. After verification, the selected gift is purchased and manually delivered by email.
- Redeem on your own account. The recipient signs in on Claude's website and confirms redemption without sharing credentials.
What manual verification checks
A transaction hash alone does not mark an order paid. Review confirms the expected blockchain, asset or token contract where relevant, destination address, amount received, and sufficient finality. This prevents a transaction on the wrong network or for the wrong token from being mistaken for the order.
What the service never needs
The store never needs a Claude password, email password, 2FA code, wallet seed phrase, private key, browser extension, wallet connection, or remote device access. The only blockchain evidence required is the public transaction ID.
Plan for redemption before ordering
An active iOS or Android subscription must end before web gift redemption. Gifts generally expire 365 days after purchase and cannot be stacked. Check the recipient before paying.
